The former ING office park at the Velperweg in Arnhem will be transformed into apartments. The so called "Kruisgebouw" will have some 285 rental apartments and on the ground floor horeca and possibly a supermarket. In the "Oostgebouw" some 70 apartments will be made and on the ground floor commercial area. The "Westgebouw" will be demolished and in its place 40 apartments will be built.

Redevelopment ministries Wijnhaven

The project includes the redevelopment of the former ministries of Justice and The Interior situated at Turfmarkt and Schedeldoekshaven in The Hague with a total surface of 55.000 m². The 'new' building houses a combination of new functions: living, education, retail and parking. A total of 170 apartments have been created in the towers. The bottom five building layers contain 1.000 m² retail area and 13.000 m² for the Leyden University, named Campus The Hague. The area for the Leyden University consists of lecture theatres, class rooms and other education facilities. The building also contains a bicycle parking for students.

Cool63

Along the Coolsingel, adjacent to the old Luxor theater, the Cool63 project has been developed. With the redevelopment of the existing Generale Bank building and demolition and additional new building of the adjacent  Spinozahuis, an area of over 25.000 m² bvo retail, offices and apartments has been created in the centre of Rotterdam.
